Integrated Steelmaking Excellence
To ensure full quality control from liquid steel to finished product, STEELCO expanded its operations with the commissioning of a modern Steel Melting Shop on August 6, 2026. Equipped with machinery our melting shop operates a 30-ton Induction Melting Furnace (IMF) paired with a 30-Ton Ladle Refining Furnace (LRF). This tandem configuration allows precise metallurgical control, degassing, and temperature management to achieve superior steel purity and international quality standards.
Looking ahead, our civil infrastructure is fully completed to support upcoming facility expansions. Additional furnaces will be installed to significantly increase output, with the ultimate target of fully supplying our rolling mill’s steel billet requirements internally.

Advanced Rolling Mill Technology
Engineered for precision and high efficiency, our rolling mill features equipment supplied by SMS MEER, a global leader in metal rolling technology. STEELCO stands as a pioneer in Syria, becoming the first domestic producer of light sections that were historically imported, thereby empowering the regional steel construction sector.

Operating under rigorous standards, our mill holds an annual production capacity of 350,000 metric tons per year across a wide spectrum of rebars and light sections, including:
