Reheating furnace :
Billet (raw material) is reheated u to 1200 C before being charged to the continuous rolling line.

Continuous Rolling mill :
Billet  is being rolled through  rolling stands )Roughing, Intermediate and Finishing stands) and thermo-processed  before passing to cooling bed.

Cooling Bed :
Where the bars is cooled through a network of water sprays (for sections) before being transmitted to the Finishing area.

Finishing Area :
Where bars are straightened, cut into commercial length (6-12 meter), staked, bundled and finally transmitted to the warehouse as final sellable product.
